We take great care to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition and meets the highest quality standards.

However, due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or used — for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of deliveryat support@supremeplump.com.
We’ll gladly assist you and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
